Shifting to a product-led growth mindset

Broadly always relied heavily on our sales team to bring in new customers, but that process strongly depended on the sales and customer success teams to give 1 to 1 assistance through every stage of the sales journey. We believed that all the burden of growth shouldn’t be on these teams, so we set out to design a new self-serve sign-up and onboarding experience that complemented our direct sales pipeline and introduced a new source of revenue and retention as well.
